June 19

Is it really only June 19, it feels like the end of July! After I got home from work (which was not fun without AC), Tony and I went to lunch together, which was nice, because we never get time "alone". (Reagan was at the babysitter.) We then drove by the location for the new dog park that is going to be put up close to our house. We are very excited about it, because it will give us another opportunity to wear our new baby out! I guess it is going to be up in the Fall, which will be prefect for Molly cause she will be a little older. ( Thanks Elgin, I actually don't mind paying the $50 a year either!)

After dinner, we took a drive to Festival Park. We thought it would be less crowded because it was after dinner time, but it was CRAZY busy!! We should have expected it because it's freaking hot out there. They have a huge water fountain and a playground that you don't have to pay for! I don't mean to be rude, but Elgin's "Finest" was there. Molly hated it because of all of the people. She was a little schizoid and wanted to run all the way back to the car and Tony was not happy because she kept  pulling. Maybe we will go there in the Fall when the fountain is closed.

It seems that Tony and I are on the hunt for a new park each time that we want to get out. The best part is that Molly and Reagan can both enjoy it, and it doesn't cost us anything. We will have to check out the Parks and Rec Catalog for more park locations.
