July 10- Wine???

I have come to the realization that I need to drink more wine. Afterall, it is summer, I am not pregnant and I don't really work...why not? During the day, I always crave a nice glass and I tell myself  "after the "babies" go to bed", but by the time they both get sleepy, so am I.  Then that glass of wine idea is LONG gone and I start looking for the ice cream! Besides, I am not 20 (yes, 20) anymore, I can't handle a glass of wine like I use to. Going to bed with dry mouth and the room spinning is not my idea of quality sleep! Maybe I will try having a glass after Tony gets home (so we have at least one responsible adult around), while I make dinner? No joke, I will probably go and buy the boxed stuff, cause once I open a bottle, I am NOT going to finish it and that is just bad economics!

This morning I met with my new 4th grade team. We chatted about some plans we have for next year and started talking a little about curriculum. I am definatly going to miss 2nd grade buy I am uber excited about 4th grade. We even planned a little "puppy"playdate for the future. Stay tuned!

Since I am on a roll with being the most wonderful wife/mother in the world, I made dinner...again! This one was not as unhealthy as my Baked Chili Dogs, but it was definatly more expensive. I had a taste for pizza and apples. So I made Apple Gorgonzola Pizza with carmalized onions (plus a made a regular  pizza that Tony would like too). I loved it, but it will definatly be a company only creation! I also made White Chocolate Chip Rice Krispie Treats for dessert! (See..if I stayed at home, I would weight 200 lbs!)

Ready for the trip!

After our yummy dinner, we took a bike ride to Black Bear Park! I really wanted to take Molly, but it was probably too far for her. Reagan enjoyed her ride in the trailer, she was reading her books the whole way there (Maybe she is going to be "that" kind of kid?)  Reagan loved going down the slides and kept wanting to go again and again! It was such a beautiful night for being outside. I even offered to take Molly for her evening walk while Tony put Reagan to bed!
At the park!
